TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

Damage or Loss of Goods
Our responsibility for goods ends when they are placed in the care of the common carrier. We are happy to assist with a 'track and trace' of any late or lost item. If your order is overdue please contact us.

Returned Goods Policy
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Order processing
Please note, orders received after NOON may not get processed until the following working day.

Prices
All prices shown on this website are in NZD and are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services tax) and freight. All prices are subject to change without notice and prices are those ruling at time of dispatch. All products are offered subject to availability.

New Customers within NZ
Please contact us to request to become an account holder. It is the policy for new customers that New Zealand Colour Labels requests payment in advance of goods being dispatched.

Existing Customers within NZ
Once you are an approved account holder, payment is due on the 20th of the month following dispatch of goods. Please maintain regular prompt payments on your account and we will ensure account availability. If there should be a problem, please talk with us as soon as possible.

Customers outside NZ
Please proceed to place and confirm your order. We will work out freight - generally this will be airmail economy, and email you back with the total amount to pay. Once payment is cleared, your labels are dispatched. Please note all overseas purchases must be pre-paid before labels can be dispatched, whether a new or existing customer

Overdue Accounts
If your account with NZCL becomes overdue you are liable to pay the appropriate interest on any such overdue amount.

We understand the need to safeguard your personal and financial information, and respect your rights under the 1993 Privacy Act.

Any personal or company information we collect and retain is used solely to help us administer our business and provide you with relevant products, services and information - it is never passed onto any other person or organisation without your approval.

We may from time to time contact you by e-mail about operational matters on your account or to inform you of new products.
